I’m the owner of Katy’s Puppy School and Katy’s Canines.

A lifetime of experience…

I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, always having cats, horses and dogs in the family. Dogs, in particular, have always fascinated me with their intelligence, their eagerness to learn and the incredible bond they form with us.

About me

Two years ago, I made the decision to step away from my career as a Personal Trainer to follow my long-held dream of working with dogs, launching my dog walking business, Katy’s Canines. It was the best decision I’ve ever made.

While I love working hands-on with dogs, I realised I also missed helping and teaching people. Combine that with my absolute love of puppies, and Katy’s Puppy School was born!

Why work with me

Puppyhood is an exciting, chaotic and hugely important stage of your dog’s life. With so much conflicting advice online, in books and across social media, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. My role is to guide and support you through this stage with clear, practical training that focuses on building a strong relationship, growing confidence (for both you and your puppy) and laying the foundations for a happy, well-adjusted dog.
